By using our services you accept the following terms. Please read carefully.
1. Bookings
Bookings are made via the form on our site or via WhatsApp/Viber/phone. Booking is confirmed via communication with you.
2. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip. For shorter notice please contact us directly.
3. Payment
We accept cash, IRIS, debit & credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is made at the time of service.
4. Delays
For airport transfers we offer free 60-minute wait for flight delays. Additional time may be charged.
5. Liability
We are fully insured. In case of delay on our side due to breakdown, we send a replacement vehicle or refund the amount.
6. Passenger conduct
Please respect the vehicle and driver. We reserve the right to refuse service in case of aggressive behavior.
